"This branch is horrible. My mother has an personal checking account and every time she comes here she’s treated different really bad like she’s not welcome here and my mom is depressed of how they treat her every time she has to come to the branch at home she said Ms she don’t want to come in she looks for another branch. They discriminated my mother because she don’t speak the language. I honestly don’t recommend this branch to anyone. I have a business account and I saw how I was treated differently and when my mom came to them she was treated poorly and made faces to her so I had to step up and told them that how she was treated. They bowled their head and didn’t said anything no manager when this happen no one came to me to expressed and apology. Person who miss treated my mother his name is Donaldi Merolli. After I told him that I was very tired of the treatment they give my mom every time she’s here he calmly said in Spanish to my mother that speaks Spanish that he can help her but he forgot the my mother came to him before and he mistreated her. I am so upset now I am dealing with a big issue that my mother do t want to come this bank due to discrimination. Here it feels like they’re making my mother favor. This is not right! I have more to say but I tell this please refuse to come to this branch. I will cancel all my accounts with this bank do to this branch. The only person who has been really nice and polite to my mother her name is Chantelle Warren my mom likes her very good. I hope this can help someone. Please don’t come here!!!"

"Review of TD Crown Heights Location: My recent experience at the TD Crown Heights location left much to be desired. I went to the kiosk and patiently waited for my turn. Marci, who supposedly handles travel-related matters, called my name and asked me to go over some security questions in order to retrieve my card I explained to Marci that I didn't have much time because I was traveling, hoping for some understanding. Unfortunately, she didn't seem to grasp the urgency of the situation. Instead, Marci insisted on going through the security questions, making it clear that she had no intention of accommodating my situation. Frustrated, I mentioned that I would consult with my sister about the matter. However, Marci replied that she couldn't assist me at the branch, which left me dumbfounded. It's disheartening to encounter such unhelpful behavior, especially on a Saturday when it's raining outside. I am left questioning the cultural norms of the branch. Is this the kind of service one should expect here? The lack of empathy and the way Marci simply left and walked away made me feel discriminated against and and Profiled. Overall, my experience at TD Crown Heights was disappointing. The staff should work on their customer service skills and be more attentive to customers' needs, particularly when dealing with time-sensitive matters. and it left me to think that is the culture thing and I’ll follow up"

"Terrible customer service. I had a 2pm appointment and when I received the text to go inside they had already took another client. I was standing in there waiting for over 20 minutes to open a new account. Very poor time management skills on Sergey’s part."
