"I have a 45 minute lunch break, I showed up to the bank to make a Deposit of a few €100 that I had. After waiting on line for 15 minutes, it was finally my turn. Then a manager walks out and tells me that the systems are down and I can use the ATM if I want. Why the hell would I be inside of a bank if I could simply use an ATM?"
