"HORRIBLE SERVICE! CAROLINE AND MERCEDES DID NOT HELP WHATSOEVER! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE. I CALLED TWICE IN ADVANCE TO FIND OUT WHAT I NEEDED TO BRING TO CONTINUE WITH THE INSURANCE & I PROVIDED EVERYTHING THAT SHE TOLD ME! I TOOK OFF WORK TO COME IN TO BE TOLD THE CARDS SHE TOLD ME TO BRING, WASN’T THE CORRECT CARDS! & THAT “I SHOULDVE KNOWN WHICH CARDS ARE CORRECT”…. NOW COMING IN PERSON WAS JUST WORSE , THEY DID NOT MAKE MY MOTHER AND I FEEL WELCOMED, WE CAME IN SAYING HELLO SHE TOLD US RIGHT AWAY TO HAVE A SEAT NOT A GOOD MORNING OR HOW ARE YOU?! IT LOOKED LIKE THEY HATED THEIR JOBS FROM THEIR ACTIONS AND HOW THEY SPOKE TO CLIENTS ALREADY THERE BEFORE ME AND OVER THE PHONE TO ANOTHER POTENTIAL CLIENT !ONCE THE DOCUMENTS I PROVIDED WASNT CORRECT SHE HARSHLY SWIPED MY CARDS UNDER THE WINDOW, WALKED AWAY AND SAID THERES NOTHING SHE CAN DO. NOT GIVEN AN ALTERNATIVE OR STEPS TO MOVE FORWARD FOR A NEXT TIME. NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY FOR NOT BEING CLEAR OVER THE PHONE OR EVEN A PROPER GOODBYE."

"Worst experience ever ! My daughter is 20 yrs old new driver and we called to get info on the dollar a day insurance ! The receptionist was very rude she answered the phone like if she was home just said hello , I thought I had the wrong number so I asked may I ask who I’m speaking to? She said what do you need ? I replied I’m looking for some information on the Medicaid dollar a day insurance and what are the necessary documents I need to bring ? She flat out said “$185.00 money order ,Drivers license ,insurance card and car insurance proof . And she then hung up . I thought maybe she was busy and was very brief over the phone . The day has come when me and my daughter finally have the documents we get to the office and not even a welcome to the office ! she says have a seat, what are you here for today? We reply we are here for the dollar a day insurance .she replies have a seat once again , me and my daughter just looked at each other like what in the world is her attitude . We finally get called up to her desk her name is Mercedes a lady with short hair and glasses! She says let me get ur DL, car insurance proof and Medicaid card . As soon as I gave her the Medicaid card she said no I can’t help you because it’s the blue and white card you need . So I stated why didn’t they tell me that over the phone ? She said” we aren’t psychics to know what you don’t know or not”I said excuse me but as a professional you are suppose to give as much information to the client if they have never dealt with the dollar a day insurance ! She said you are suppose to know ! The rudeness in her tone was ridiculous she said no sorry I can’t help you she then walked away and went to another desk without saying anything else ! Like I was in shock ! So I finally said “there’s nothing else you can do today ? She said no ! Then I asked to speak to the so called manager and I told her I believe she could of been a little bit more explanative in regards to the proper documentation and she said “you should of known also ! Like is she really serious ? A manager and a employee with that attitude I will never recommend to go to this place ! They where both rude and unprofessional ! It’s their job to let clients know exact paperwork needed so they don’t have to waste time getting there. Instead she said “we should of known already what the insurance card looks like ! Which I did bring in my Medicaid insurance card and had I known it was the blue stripe and white card I could have ordered one as to I never got one to begin with ! Caroline and Mercedes I really hope they don’t treat other people they way they treated us ! It was a dollar a day insurance which is why they didn’t treat us like appropriately , had it been a regular life insurance policy or car policy or a vacation trip I’m sure they would of been somewhat nicer . After all that in the office we left and will never go their . From the phone interaction to the in person interaction was awful . I won’t recommend anyone here ."

"I called them to make arrangements for a flight and they returned my call day after,so I told them they were not professional, at least they should have returned my call and said they were busy or something. The worst ever."
