"Not quite sure why this place has low star ratings, my experience here was absolutely fantastic. I called first to see if an appointment was needed for tax returns, and was told to come in anytime. I usually do my simple taxes using TurboTax however, last year a few things changed and it is no longer simple. I walked in and was greeted, front desk lady was friendly, didn't even wait for a minute before I was told to go in and see the accountant. The lady who took care of me was very polite and friendly (Daisy). I was in an out within 20 to 30 minutes. I was also happy with my returns results as compared to TurboTax results. They e-file and you can walk out with your printed or electronic copy. They also provide home and car insurance. My experience here was quick and easy, in and out, taxes done and e-filed same day. Give them a try, you'll not be disappointed."

"This Company does not deserve any stars, they do not have enough staff for the amount of clients that they are handling and as a result their customer service suffers. Furthermore you would think because they are short staffed (their fault) they would make up with excellent customer service, it is quite the contrary, they have a terrible attitude. If you know it is tax season be better prepared. I would not recommend this location for any insurance or tax needs."
