"I had a very disappointing experience at the branch located on 12 Graham Avenue. We arrived at the set appointment time to a very long line. When we were finally able to speak to the front of house person, we were told that we were to late and needed to reschedule this appointment with Banker Maribel Cruz which I made 2 weeks in advance. We then asked if anyone else was available and was told to leave our information so that we will be called back for an appointment. When we passed by Maribel Cruz’ desk, she had no customers and was googling “how to secure her LinkedIn profile” Just imagine how we felt to see a Banker that had told us she was “too busy” just surfing the Internet casually while on the job. This is very unfortunate. I was excited to open my first business account with a bank that had such high rapport but turns out they have such terrible customer service. I can’t TWO MORE WEEKS just to give someone my hard earned money. Looking for alternatives."
