"From the moment you walk into the bank, especially this specific location, they have horrible customer service. From the receptionist, to the bank teller, to the manager. All rude! They all have attitude, they refuse to help you the best way possible. To resolve all my issues they would tell me to call there customer service line. I’ve never been so Disappointed in a bank before. The individuals that work there seriously need to be reconsider. The manager even took it upon herself to curse and put her finger in my face. Future reference I know I won’t bank here anymore."
