"Be careful of the contracts they get for you. My guy supposedly wanted to help me get a better contract to refinance my credit cards .. to make a long story short..after trusting him....he was gone. Email disconnected...cell disconnected..no response."
"We were supposed to have a call today to discuss our options and the person at Fundera said that she would call me an my business partner could "just listen in"? I asked for her to send a meeting platform kind of invite so we could both join the call and she said she had never heard of that. We could just listen to her and she would go over everything verbally? When I said I would send her a Google Meet she said she could not use it because "I only have a headset". This company in no way seems legit."
"Andrea was very knowledgeable about the loan process and got us a better option than we requested within a week of our application. I have tried many other similar companies and fundera was the only one that took into account the industry my business is in and what our specific needs look like in terms of coverage for accounts receivable."
"I worked with Chris Marsiglia at Fundera on a business loan for several weeks. He was great until I rejected the approved offer. We decided to switch to a lower rate SBA loan. Then after not getting back to him after a few emails (2) he closed my account due to inactivity. Very off-putting. Fundera is after short term commission. They are not a good partner for your business loan needs."
"I took out a loan with Fundera and paid it off within 2 months over a year ago and now they call me, text me, and email me weekly asking if I'd like to take out another loan. It's like having a bill collector. I have told them over, and over to take me off their calling list, their email list and to stop reaching out, and that I would reach out to them if I needed money again. They're kind of rude and keep on calling, texting and emailing. I'm so over them. I don't know how to make them stop."
