"I recently had an unfortunate experience at the TDBank location on Chambers Street. Despite there being three associates available behind the counter, I was unable to receive any assistance. Instead, I was directed to call customer service for help. This level of service is quite surprising for a bank branch, where personal assistance should be a priority. The staff appeared more engaged in conversation with one another than in addressing customer needs, which left me feeling overlooked and frustrated. I believe the branch manager would find this situation concerning, as it reflects poorly on the institution's commitment to customer service. Regrettably, I will be considering alternative banking options moving forward. I hope improvements are made to enhance the customer experience at this location."

"Worst branch in the nation. They never open on time. It says opens 8:30am waited for 30mins. The manager is doing an absolutely horrible job being in this position. One associate came at 8:50. Didn't even apologize for being late."
