"Just got off phone to certify the APY for a CD that is coming due in September. They sent me a notice saying I could renew now at a different length of time at 5%. I was going to do that until this little icon shows up stating the APY is not for September. It will be determined in September. So that 5% they list could turn into 4%. I will be pulling my money out of there, stop using their credit cards to include BJ's which is horrible anyway and putting my money someplace else. Probably a on-line bank. Terrible way to do business."

"I waited more than an hour for customer service in the waiting area to open a CD account with existing accounts. Other customer service reps took 4 customers that came after me. No one asked me if I needed help after they were done with their customers while I was sitting and standing there for an hour and just left after they were done with their customers. Unbelievably bad customer service."

"I would put a "0" star for this branch If this option was available and how they serve customers and handle customers' inquiries and requests. After ordering a foreign currency, I was informed that it would take 7 to 10 business days to get it. I could not wait 10 days and requested to cancel the order. The manager told me they needed to return the currency after it arrived in 10 days. It takes 7 to 10 business days for them to get a shipping label, which will be ordered after the currency arrives, 7 to 10 business days to return the currency, and 7 to 10 business days to return funds to my account. In what century did this bank operate? It takes them 10 business days for each step, which another bank can do in 1-2 days. I visited the branch 4 times and spoke with Vanessa, Mohammad, Roxy, Scott, and Cynthia regarding the inquiry, and it still has yet to be resolved since May 15th. Also, no emails or phone calls were received to follow up with the customer and update on the status of the request. Their services are not only unbelievably slow, but they are willing to lose their reputation for $25.00. The branch manager told me that I would be charged fees for the currency I never received because I was not informed in the beginning about the time frame for their transactions UNRELIABLE, UNTRUSTY, UNTRUSTWORTHY, IRRESPONSIBLE SERVICES."

"Capital One Café (Union Square) – A Disappointing Experience I recently visited the Capital One Café at 853 Broadway hoping to get some information about my accounts and close one of them. Unfortunately, my interaction with Crystal (She/Her) was incredibly disappointing. From the outset, Crystal was impatient and dismissive. I was simply explaining what I needed, but she seemed frustrated and unwilling to help. Her lack of basic customer service skills was shocking. It's baffling that someone with such a poor attitude is working in a customer-facing role. I would have gladly given this branch zero stars if possible, but I had to settle for one. I hope Capital One addresses this issue, as no customer should be treated so rudely."
