"So Karina gave me a temporary card and said she placed a order for a new card, 8 hours later i call to confirm.. she never sent anything out. I definitely feel she did that purposely i dont like the fact that she asked me if i was going to be home to retrieve the card. What buisness is it of hers? What! you're gonna send someone to retrieve my card if im not home. Here's another kicker, tomorrow's a holiday so now i wont be getting it until the day after. Something stinks here and i dont like it. I'll take my money elsewhere."

"Can’t assist business banking customers. Can’t get a simple business name changed within a 6 month time frame. Have spent 6 hours in this branch on four separate occasions. It’s entirely run by incompetent people."

"I would like to let you know what this bank needs to improve. At the end of March, I sat here for consultation at Citibank, 16 st 1 ave. A woman asked for me consultation, and I was busy for a while, so l asked to her wait a little. 5 minutes later, I applied for a consultation, but she asked me back, saying, "You told me you didn't want a consultation. I wanted to have a face-to-face consultation, but she told me to call customer service and ask at the counter." Yes, I was dumbfounded and asked back. She got angry at me for yelling at me, and when she’s went inside her table alone, she was gossiping about me. I got angry and a fight broke out. A woman who has no basic manners and behaves rudely. I don't understand the manager. Please train this manager well. She is rude and arrogant and rude to the customers!! Learn humility. Looking at the reviews, it seems like you complained a lot to the manager. I hope she works with humility and an open mind to serve her customers with good service. Your arrogance will hurt and offend customers and return the same negative energy as your karma. I hope she realizes it quickly,,,"

"Which Genius came up with the ATM app ! Citibank it’s not 1980s, design a modern useful easy to use ATM app. Teller service no better either, teller don’t understand basic English, another teller girl seems to be in sleep, manager lady is rude and incompetent. Going to close the account take my business elsewhere. My brain hurts to see how incompetent these people are."

"This location used to be one of my favorites until today. I found new staff which don’t have idea how to treat Citibank customers and the most important of all don’t have experience On banking or giving solutions to problems. I might comeback when I see new staff"
