"I was there from 1:10 pm to 1:30 pm waiting for customer service to help me . supervisor was in the office with one of co worker they are talking about stories.I was sitting inside the bank there is no business just talking talking talking and they left the customer outside in waiting hall .during this time there is a guy with black T-shirt come to open a new account and they told him we are busy and the bank is empty after I met the supervisor she told me don’t accept any global trade this documents I never hear about it . I said just help me to find where can I send it .she called nice girl and smart very nice was helping too much .she know what I want and trying to help but supervisor didn’t give her chance to do more help and took the paper from smart girl and gave it too me and stand to ask me to leave the office she was very rude she was not dressing the formal dressing like all people working over there"
