"I think this location needs manager training. Most importantly, Christopher Belich is FANTASTIC. His manager Zorita needs re-training. We had a frustrating experience today. Another branch manager helped squeeze us Into the schedule here because they cancelled on the spot (and we had already made a big effort to get there). When we arrived, we were not angry or in a hurry—just grateful they were willing to fit us in after the other branch’s error. We happily agreed that Christopher would do as much as he could for us before his other appt. Zorita was extremely condescending to us. She spoke slowly as if we were children who had misbehaved. (Again, we did nothing wrong. Well Fargo messed up. We are adults who made an appt and had all of our documents in order.) She repeatedly said, “We NEED to keep proper BOUNDARIES here. Christopher, what are your boundaries?” “We need to make sure we HONOR the next appointment and treat all people with equity. “ “I’m a person who likes to set proper goals,” she said, as though we were stupid. “What is a reasonable goal we can set here?” “I need you to promise to be nice to Christopher.” (WHAT?!! We were calm and kind the entire time! No tension or anger. We never pressured Christopher. We never asked that they be late for the next appointment. He said he was willing to see what he could get done in 30 minutes, and we agreed. It was strange and humiliating to be spoken down to like this when we had not misbehaved.) We wasted a precious 10 minutes trying to calmly convince her we were happy to see what Christopher could get done in 30 minutes. Turns out, he is AMAZING. He did everything quickly and kindly. I’d love to see Christopher at a new branch or with different manager. We won’t be back."
"Awful teller (Harry Reid-Hart). I came in and clearly said I wanted to redeem Treasury bonds, and I present the bonds. He tells me to sign/endorse the bonds and asks for my ID, so it looks like I can redeem. I give my ID and only after I’ve endorsed does he ask whether I have a WF account (I don’t) and then he says, “Oh, we can’t redeem your bonds because you don’t have an account with us.” I already endorsed! Then he and his supervisor are like, “go to the Treasury website,” but I’ve looked and the Treasury does it all through the mail. Who’s going to put a bond/check already endorsed in the mail??? Then he refuses to take responsibility for not figuring out WF’s policy before telling me to endorse (no apology, NOTHING, just back talk). Of course I’m pissed, so I’m about to storm off, and he tells me I forgot my ID, and he shoves my ID so it falls to the floor. This Hart-Reid guy should NOT be working with people and should NOT be expected to know bank policies. Who are you hiring, Wells Fargo???"
"I always deposit money on this branch for 4 years and had talk to the bankers personally every-time i had problem on my debit and credit cards. My new card mailed on my new address so they told me to deposit using apple pay. I went to the teller and i ask her how to do this since i dont know how to. Teller Chanel face looks unapproachable and she said that you can do it to atm machine instead but she said well do it her instead. I dont know how to say this but the way she talk was rude to me. I did put a wrong card then she just like “go ahead”…. Im sorry i dont wanna go back to this branch again or may change my bank now. Poor customer service"
"I can't say enough about my great experience at this Wells Fargo location. Unfortunately, I had to close out accounts for a loved one who has passed away. It has been a very daunting task with acquiring documents to make this happen, all while still grieving. Banking Representative, Christopher Belich, was amazing. Not only was he helpful and patient, but he was extremely kind and compassionate. Having experienced similar challenges himself, he was very empathic and allowed me to be transparent in how I was feeling. He was sure to take care of all things needed to make my transaction happen. He is an awesome people person, a very kind soul, all while being very thorough when conducting business. He is an amazing asset to Wells Fargo and they are very lucky to have him."
"Hello everyone! I would like to thank specialist Christopher Belich. He is very professional, polite and friendly. He helped me open a bank account, explained everything in detail, and helped me set up the app. This is the highest level of service. Thank you very much, Christopher Belich! I hope that the cooperation with the bank will be productive for me. I recommend this bank branch, as well as the bank itself."
