"Manager Shifoli Desjardins asked me “why did I start coming back in her bank” spoke to me like we were in street arguing. Very unprofessional. I started going to the bank on 37th and Broadway after that. If your looking for good service don’t go this bank. Took it with the area manager Randy Estrada and he never responded to my complaint. I really don’t like this bank."
