"every time I come to this branch to pull out money, the tellers are very nice. I once had an issue with my account and they helped me. The only issue I have, if you are going to withdraw money before they open (using the ATM) homeless people are sleeping there. It doesn't feel safe."

"It was the worst experience in a bank in my life. I asked so simply stuffs. Change my address and update Sosial security number. Really that was all.. It took one hour. they even could not done it even though wasting my time one hour. I don’t think employees who tried to deal with my issue know what to do or how to do at all. 1. When I brought passport & NY driver license, social security card, working permit card, he tried to teach me that u don’t need to bring passport as long as u have a driver license. I said I need to bring passport because it’a not the real ID Drive license. But he insisted that this is real ID. OMG. So guess what, later on, he asked my passport. Not only that. He and one woman (I guess she was a supervisor or something )even asked my original country tax ID or something. Also even asking I-20. Those it really neccecey to update my personal simple information? I wanted to just update my address!!!!! They may claim it’s mandatory. I went to the bank of America to do the same thing. It was so simple and quick. And I could change address in one min by calling chase customer service. What a waste of time & labor. They work in extremely ineffienct way. 2. It took 10min to just copy my ID.unbelivable. Even 5years kids could have done faster than that. Of course they did not say sorry at all. Even though I kept saying I'm running out of time Chase is the big bank. It’s Unbelievable there are employees who are not qualified at all even include a supervisor. ! Supervisor is supposed to be better at their job. But no!"
