"BEWARE OF THIS BRANCH. DO NOT USE THE ATM HERE OR EVEN DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BRANCH. My mom withdrew $500 and chose 5 $100. Her mistake was she didn’t check the money because she was in a hurry. When she checked it later, she found that the machine dispensed 5 $1 bill. She called Chase and they reversed it but then after a few weeks took the money again. Per Chase, they checked and there was no discrepancy. My mom now has to file a police report about this. There is an employee at this bank doing all these, stealing money from hardworking people and thinking he/she will not get caught. If you are reading this, God is watching you. Karma will get you sooner or later and you will pay ten folds."
"Tried to withdraw a significant sum of money from the ATM. No money came out, but the cash is gone from my account. Submitted a complaint, the rep said it will be reversed in 24 hours….. It’s not."
