"Horrible credit card. Horrible bank. Horrible help. I signed up for this credit card to help rebuild my credit. 4 weeks go by and still no credit card. I get charged an activation fee, pay half of it, and still no card. Then I’m locked out of my account for no reason whatsoever. I try calling for help, think that I’m getting the help I need but nope, nothing. I finally reach out again and had to cancel my account/card. So I signed up for this card, took a hard impact on my credit, and in out money for making a payment on a card I never had. This bank is a scam and they are thief’s. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Stay away from Credit One."
"Worst credit card ever. You have to call to verify every transaction. I have been embarrassed more than 10 times stuck at a gas station because they don't approve the transaction. I called several times I got the run around then to add insult to injury. I was hung up on when trying to complete the transaction. Do Not apply or pass go... it ain't worth it. Automated service is bullshyt. Customer service is bullshyt. Card is bullshyt. Soon as I pay this Lil balance off which was no where near my limit I'm cutting this shyt up."
"I got this credit card about 5 years ago to help rebuild my credit. I may have used it twice during this duration. What I hate about this bank is that the monthly fee and statement date is on the same day so it never reports my 0 balance to the credit bureaus. Secondly, autopay feature does not work so after 2 months of being unaware of this, they reported a missed/late payment and caused my credit score to go down 60 points! I’m livid! I called to ask if they will honor my request to remove that considering 5 years of excellent payment history and they denied me. I hate them and do not recommend this credit card."
"At first being that this is my first credit card I was excited that I was approved and was eager to start the process of building my credit. I’ve always made my payment and now over a year later I’m still sitting at the same credit limit. The fees this company charges is ridiculous, I mean literally I’ll be at one amount and then out of no where I’m over my credit limit. The bad part is it’s very hard to tell what I’m being charged for. I’ve asked for a credit limit few times and never get it. No answer why just a flat no. I could definitely understand had I been late or missed payments but when you come into it thinking hey this will help build my credit and I was looking for a lasting relationship with these credit card but once I’m able I will be paying it off and take a better offer elsewhere."
"By far the worse credit card I ever had. They gave me a limit of $500 I paid back my $250 on time for my first bill and they charge a yearly fee. So after I paid my bill my credit limit went back to $500 after 5 days. I used my credit to purchase a $60 item after that. My limit all of sudden was at $0 and I paid the $60 off. Fast forward two weeks after paying I still have $0 available credit. I’m definitely closing my account"
