"went here as a student to open account several years ago. Told bank teller that I am a full time student, working part time, and how much (or how little money) I plan to hold on account. Bank teller listened....and opened SMALL BUSINESS account for me. As result, my account had very high minimum balance restriction on checking, not allowing to withdraw money that was actually available. Very inconvenient. Another bank teller realized this mistake and offered to switch to student account (HELLO!) after a year, but my relationship with bank was already so ruined that I preferred to close."
