"A horrible, rude younger woman stopped me and told me to get in line to be seen by the teller. I was already in queue heading there when a man from behind me cut in front of me and went to the teller. There weren't any other customers around and I didn't say anything about someone cutting in front of me. Then this younger woman comes to me and starts acting rude and tells me I need to get in line. She continued talking in jibberish and said she was the bank manager hence I needed to listen to her. This is a horrible service - what is it to me whether someone is a manager or not, I have been a customer of your bank for several years and am happy to pull out and close all my accounts and move to a different bank without hesitation. This younger woman did not dare to step in and correct the male customer but was very rude to me. Teach your employees customer service 101."

"Someone picked up the phone immediately and was polite and helpful. When we went in person, our banker Ms. Denise Doggett was professional, courteous and kind. While we were not able to open a new account as we initially wanted to do, she explained in detail what documents we needed and gave us alternative ideas about setting up an account."

"After 30 years of having accounts with Chase, it is consistently disappointing to find such a lack of customer service in this branch. It’s hit or miss with the bankers but overall, they could use lessons in servicing their customers. Manager Reann Nash needs to be made aware of customer’s experiences."

"The only reason I give this place 5 stars is because of a banker name Christian. After I suffered two weeks weeks to schedule appointment with smiths, he was the only one on that branch who actually took me seriously. I was going to end my 15 years business with chase because of the way I was treated. Thank you Christian."

"The only bad experience was that I was for more than 14 mins waiting on line and a man came saw the long line went downstairs came back with a customer rep and without telling us nothing she ask the cust serv at the window that he was next. At least she could've asked us or telling us that it was an emergency. Customers in line were furious. I was upset but I had to laugh to calm myself."
