Now, i have to return to Target and they are out of this item. I want to replace it, but the inconvenience of the situation is just one more stressor to our present situation. "WONDERFUL COMPANY!! I work in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at a local hospital. A few months back someone donated two of the MamaRoo swings to the floor for the babies. Well, one of the swing bases broke. And I was unable to fix it myself. Well after a few simple emails to customer service, they shipped me a new base. I am so pleased and thankful for such a wonderful customer service experience. The swings are wonderful!"
