"Absolutely terrible customer service. The teller downstairs Tanya will dismiss you without even checking on your request or looking up. You need to fight to get service here. I had to prove my money order was delivered days ago before she even attempted to do her job. This is the second time I’ve gotten terrible service from tellers at this location it’s so bad I’m in the process of moving my money to Chase."
"What a terribly run branch...such rude, unfriendly tellers! I cannot believe these people have jobs...so painfully slow ( physically and intellectually). Previous reviews state that the branch is short-staffed which may be true, but I witnessed 3 employees who were present and doing absolutely nothing... try opening another teller window to alleviate the long line... just common sense! And, management witnessed the ridiculously long lines and multiple customer issues, and did absolutely nothing! In fact, the manager observed, then left and came back with lunch. They need a complete staff overall here! Shame on Citibank for allowing such horribly poor customer service!"
"Went there to exchange cash for coins (downstairs). Inserted my card, then very slowthinking but calm lady told me to get my coins. After I put them in my bag I asked if I could go and I was free to leave the place. Then I asked if she deducted the amount of money I wanted to exchange from my bank account and she said no (and I didn’t give her any cash). Then she realized she didn’t take any money neither from bank account neither from me (therefore no receipt) and called another lady. They started chattering about my account and money etc. until they asked me to return all the coins they gave me. After that they asked to show id that I used to create my account and I did so. They eventually explained that some employee who created my account did a mistake and that they had to do something about it that’s why they invited me upstairs to explain the situation to me. The lady told me that she’d be coming “in a few minutes” but I was there waiting for her for a good half an hour and nobody came to me. Other people who were also waiting for somebody told me that they had been waiting for over an hour. Is it really necessary for people to wait for bank employees? Your users are your wages. Pay some respect."
"Worst customer service ever. No one answers the phone. I have been trying for 2 months to register a power of attorney for mother. I cannot get anyone to answer me in a timely fashion. I have had to show up in person to get any response. Even then the “bankers” are useless. They don’t know anything and can’t do anything. They don’t have the courtesy to call you back and as said before NO one answers their phone or responds to emails. No One. I guess I need a lawyer to get a return phone call!"
"Nice branch, I had positive experience getting money order. Staff is helpful, polite and friendly, service is fast."
