"The security guard at the door is always helpful & patient, in both English & Spanish. The manager is a professional, helpful and caring. Tellers are patient, & always accommodating the customer. I feel safe & the service is always very attentive to my questions and needs."

"Horrible! Trying to help my aunt manage her finances since she has Alzheimer’s and Dementia. I have power of attorney and on one of her accounts to pay her bills but they don’t allow online access to that account so I can pay them and she either has to come to to the branch with me to make the transfer although she can not recall the security questions to transfer the money from one account to the other that is being used for bill payments. I am on the account so I was told. Why was my ID and SSN asked when we opened the account but my name doesn’t appear on it. I am sick of the lies and games they are playing with us. She has been a long time account holder but now I can’t even pay her bills because they will not allow online access to the account I am supposed to be on. If her pension and retirement benefits weren’t being sent to the account we would take our business elsewhere. This is a injustice to our elderly family members"

Had an account years ago moved away and had to start all over again first place I went to was once bank . The staff was incredibly helpful in opening up a checking account . Because of the staff assistance I was able to get my first job direct deposit into a new ponce account it sure made my life easier . Thank you to all the staff of ponds on 106 street 3rd Ave. You are truly a God send when chase bank turned me down cause I didn’t have the kind of cash they wanted to open a new account . Chase lost a customer. Thank God for Ponce bank ."
