"very disappointed - I withdrew a large amount of money at the counter to pay my contractor for work on my house, it was counted by the machine only, not by the teller manually as an additional check. I didn't feel comfortable counting such a large amount of money at the counter as other customers could see how much cash I had withdrawn, I did not know it was an option to ask if I could go to an office to count the money. Basically when I counted the amount before I gave it to my contractor I was $50 short - I spoke to Norma who served me at the counter, then the branch manager Cathy spoke with me - both giving me a very unsatisfactory end result. I now know not to withdraw money without checking it myself, I also know not to go to this branch again as the customer service was very disappointing. In addition I will be using BofA only for my paycheck to be deposited into and transferring my savings into my investment accounts with Charles Schwab"
