"I have banked at the Citibank on Broadway and 111th in Manhattan for many years. They have always provided excellent service, especially Bonnie (now retired). However, the Senior Vice President Ning Sihang is in a class all of his own. He is marvelous. So helpful, clear, and kind. Our business needed some documents, which no one else at other branches could help with. Ning dealt with it in the most amazing way. If the whole business world had leaders like Ning, we would all be so much happier. Highly recommended."

As a Citigold client for over 20-years, it took over one year (12-months) to schedule a call with Audrey Sanders, and even when I had the appointment with her, she missed the call 3x and now, even after 18-months, I've never had any support from my incompetent financial advisor. I tried to transfer, but it required this advisor to approve of my transfer. I am going to escalate and request to have my financial advisor transferred. It's not worth waiting for another 12-months to gain support. I have a long email thread with several of the various financial representatives at this branch, and they all were not capable of providing the services I am requesting."
