"I have had an AWFUL experience with this particular location. There is one particular teller who apparently is a supervisor with the most nastiest attitude! Unfortunately, this is the closest location near my home but when I have the time in my hands I make sure I travel to the location in Jackson Heights, Queens where ALL the staff is Respectful and Friendly! It's unfortunate that I have to travel to another Borough due to poor customer service at this Bronx Location."
"Their customer service is lacking while other banks like Chase, Citibank, and TD Bank provides more friendlier and welcoming service. On 2 different saturdays for 2 months in a row the guard on duty too busy playing with his phone than paying attention. I have gotten better service at a car wash."
