"If you can avoid this Citibank, the atms never work properly or there’s always a few that are down so there will only be one working. And there’s always lines going out the door. Do not waste your time going here."

"Horrible branch, horrible customer service. The tellers are incredibly slow and they dont offer certain services that other branches offer. They wouldn't even change 20's into 100's knowing that I am a Citi customer."

"The service in this place is horrible. The tellers got in to a room for 15 minutes to chat with their friends, and leave their places unattended; while the other teller is walking around the bank until the guy at the front desk got mad and put him to work. They take an average of 30 minutes per person to solve a problem. If I could give them 0 stars will be great."
