"I wish I could be able of give this Bank location a 0 star. They don’t even deserve 1 single star. I’ve been to this location 3 times just to make a deposit and each time I go I have experienced the same long waiting time. About 30 minutes on a line just to make a deposit because there’s always 1 teller at the window. Very dissatisfied."
"Very disappointed with the way they have closed many of their locations and even the ATM's. Also ATM only locations have been closed! I dont know why they are not opening MORE atm-only locations if anything. How about getting these closed locations updated ASAP after u close them so alot of us dont go there seeing it says open on maps, but in fact it isnt there anymore! Very frustrating!"
"My most recent visit resulted in me leaving without making my transaction. There were people inside asking for money. Myself and another customer left as it felt unsafe. The door was unlocked permitting anyone to enter."
