"This is by far not only the worst bank but the worst branch I have experienced in my life. And I was also an Hsbc member for a while. I thought they were bad but considering what I've been dealing with lately they are top-tier bank. HSBC is actually one of the worst but in comparison with Citizens they're golden. Try dealing with Albania Frias transferring transactions made with a debit card owned by your aunt to your bank account because idk she thinks she is God or something. Hope you burn in hell."

"I like the bank but always a wait and the line builds up. Usually when the line grows they would get a teller open but over here u will wait. They did finally but the wait was there. Maybe someday."
