"I can't say I've had any bad experiences at this bank. So far, they've always been friendly with me and very helpful when I opened my account. I do miss the old bank, which was classy and closer to me. I've read reviews about unfriendly and unhelpful staff. I have no way of knowing but, I have witnessed some customers who could use some social skills."

"I have been banking with Apple Bank for 15 years, and I have always been happy with them. The branch in Inwood recently moved from Broadway to 207th Street, and since then here are the problems (1) there is only one ATM and it is frequently out of service (2) the cash issued by the ATM is often old or damaged (3) the tellers are rude. My feeling is that Apple Bank considers this to be a "ghetto" bank branch since this is a low-income/immigrant community. Disgraceful."

"Worst customer service ever! People don't even say hello to clients. Their faces are like if you are there to ask a favor but you are not welcome. Just to remind employees there "We are not there to ask a favor" you have a job because we decided to put our money in the bank where you happen to work. Other branches are not at all like this one.
