Chase Bank

"On 4-7-2022 I went to make a withdrawal. I selected the amount and bills I wanted. The ATM went through all the motions but didn't Give me any money . I got a receipt that said we aren't able to give cash right now but it was taken from my account. I told the Short black woman with the bad weave She refused to give me her name and told me it's not her problem in a very nasty manner and said call the 800 number and was laughing inside with her coworkers. I Said it was and I was coming in when the Bank opened.She threatened me saying she's going to call the cops and I said go ahead B***h. I then called chase and they put me in touch with the claims department and they credited my account. Thank God for chase claims otherwise I would of been totally screwed. Cause some people who are working at this branch are not trained properly and do not know how to handle people and certain situations. These people should find a different job. I will never go back to this branch until Serious CHANGES are made. Cause customer service is very poor and Always a problem with a ATM machine."

"Googled chase bank near me. This was the only one that didn’t say it was only an atm location. Walked all the way over there right as it opened to find out this location doesn’t have tellers. Would the freaking google search specify this? No! Only to be told that the burnside location has tellers but when I search up that location it doesn’t show up so I have no idea where to go."

This corporate bank that is one of the most powerful in the USA, located in a poor neighborhood in the Bronx, is staffed with tellers who refuse to issue you money from your own bank. She told me to just walk to one of the locations a mile away. Elderly and disabled people beware of bad service from rude staff and a glorified ATM station. SHAM"

"I am a chase customer but it is sad to say this bank needs a major change at this location. This area you have to be aware of what's going on at all times. There are no more tellers you walk up to you have to put your deposit/withdrawal slip into a tube and send it then someone comes onto the scree to assist you. What a waste of resources and it takes twice as long to anything. And always some atm machines do not work. WHAT A REAL DISAPPOINTMENT !!!!!"

"When I walk in for the first time it wasn’t crowded (I arrived around 11) there only one guard (there should be more to feel safe) nice I came to open checking account. So I sign in and sat down( but really there was no front clerk to greet you or help me, one lady worker who behind the front desk assist another person at the time help me direct me on what to do) shortly after a few mins I was call in. The lady I met was very nice and polite( medium height, straight black hair) Crisleydy her name. She walk me through the process explain everything. I left happy and Satisfy I am only getting four stars because I just started chase bank. P.S. it is very clean but only few bankers like three or two."
