"Poor costumer service & slow service"
"Yesterday 1/25/21 at 2:45 pm and I left at 4:20 pm. Horrible service, there were only 4 people before me, for customer service and I had to wait 11/2 hours and a half for a 3 minute service. There were only 3 people serving in addition to 2 cashiers. But they spent their time going around and talking about things that had nothing to do with work. Change of Bank."

"Unproductive unprofessional. Nice people but this is more like a social gathering than a business. They take personal calls do personal things while serving you. They also tend to other people and reveal other people's personal information like credit scores and loan approvals. The people are nice just that it's not a professional environment."
