"I only go in to deposit a check or to cash one, every few weeks. I have always found the staff to be very courteous and efficient, and I have never waited very long for service. So far, no complaints from me!"

"This bank is the best bank! Do you want to know why? It is conveniently located on the avenue, the staff is courteous and friendly, the Tellers are efficient, your money is safe because Chase has been around since the beginning of time and the branch is always clean. The parking is always a problem, the lot is small. Great banking experience though!"

"The Chase located at 3775 Riverdale ave is EXTREMELY unorganized. I sat in the drive thru teller line for 20mins so a guy could get a full play by play on whatever he was asking. The teller should have told him to come inside if he needed further assistance. I get off the line, go inside for my transaction to find 1 teller taking care of both. It's 4pm on a Friday do your job! Save the chit chat for after hours. I just left without my transaction. Now I'm late for work. Very disappointing, do better!"
