"Go to a different branch. They are refusing withdrawals and then asking for an incredible amount of personal information which leads me to believe the employees may be engaged in some type of fraud. though I can't say for certain Be careful with this place and protect your identity."

"Horrible Branch!!! Find a different branch to withdraw your money from. I missplaced my debit card, and when I asked for them to re-issue me a new debit card, they refused. Stating that because my US issued drivers license was from PA and not New Jersey, they could not issue me a new debit card, or withdraw any of my funds. I also offered to provide a passport and leasing information, indicating that I had recently moved to New Jersey from Pennsylvania. They told me this information was not enough, and that I would need to go back to the Pennsylvania bank that I opened the account with in order to withdraw funds. The employees at the front stated that the branch chief would not permit the withdraw from my personal account. I called Citizens customer service main line and they informed me that this was not the standard protocol. A formal complaint was filed with Citizens regarding this bank and I encourage anyone who goes to this bank and has a similar experience to continue filing complaints with Citizens customer service. Branch chief, and employees at this bank would benefit from being re-trained. Horrible experience, especially if someone loses their debit card in a different state and needs access in order to get back to their home state."

"DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS BRANCH!!! The branch manager is a racist and refused to allow us to withdraw our own money even with the proper documents. She refused to come out her office and speak to us and treated us as if we weren't worthy of an explanation as to why we couldn't withdraw our money. She said we had to go all the way back to hillside where we initially opened the account to make our transaction there. She was horrible and it's obvious they don't want black people's Business. They also keep deleting my comment so I will continue to put this up every time they delete my comment. This bank is horrible don't put your money in this bank you have been warned!!"
