"This bank doesn't conduct fraud investigations on debit cards they just pretend they do, all the merchant has to do is falsely claim that the customer authorized the charge and the bank will easily be convinced without proper evidence to reverse it in the merchants account! Do not bank here! The bank heavily goes against the customer consistently and is not worth it."

"I am extremely disappointed in this bank for the past 1 year. I signed up for auto pay for mortgage payments every month in the past number of years. The bank did not cash my check for their mistake and failed to inform me. My bank confirms the check has been sent out successfully and money are withdrawn from my account. I have all the proof with documentation. I have been paying late fees without knowing it. The online banking website is poorly designed and I have been paying mortgage payments every month without knowing missing payments. The online banking won’t show 1 month missing payments when I am paying ongoing basis. The worst part is that they inform credit company to drop my credit score from 850 to 750. I talked to mortgage consultant a number of times by phone and email. But they claim they remove it from credit report but they never do and they blame me for the mistakes they make. The mortgage person is also so arrogant and very difficult to work with. She never responds to many emails I sent out at all. I am also frustrated to hear lies from her as well. How can the bank keep lying to customer. I applied for another loan and my attorney advise me to sue the bank since they damage my credit score for their mistake resulting in higher mortgage payments every month for the next 30 years. I am preparing for all the numbers now. So I am preparing the document with attorney to see if I could have successful lawsuit against this bank. I encourage people not to use this bank due to their service. I am so surprised that the bank can treat customers so poorly for the past 13 years. Bad management. I have dealt with many banks in the past and by far this is the worst bank I work with so far in my life. Stay away from this bank as much as you can."
