"Do NOT open an account with this branch. We had an account at the Hillside branch, when we were in Englewood and stopped by to withdraw money we were refused by the BRANCH MANAGER who worked on Tuesday, July 18th between the hours of 11:30 and 12:30. She didn't even have the common courtesy to come out her office to speak with us instead she sent an associate to tell us we needed an ATM card even after showing documents with the account number and also had driver's license If we were a different color the outcome would have been different I'm sure."
