"Went to their Blauvelt office on May 14th - looking for a quote for auto insurance. Sat down and gave Luis all my information. No quote by May 18th so called them. Luis said he hadn't heard from the Travelers underwriter (I previously had coverage from Travelers) but it was going to be "expensive", probably a couple of thousand (my previous coverage had an annual premium of $870). May 22nd, STILL no call from Luis. Would give the business ZERO stars if I could. BTW. Thanks for nothing Menschik, I just got coverage from Geico for $1,320 a year. 5-30-2018 Update. Because of my good driving record the policy from Geico ended up at $924 a year, including Roadside Assistance !"
