Each time, we are assured that they have done it, but we still cannot log onto the site, but also tell us, we must come back to do it again. Don't know why they are incapable of fixing this issue."

"Rude teller in a rush to go home. Part of your job is to assist your customers. Being annoyed because I didn't have my bank card is not great customer service. Even though I explained that a new bank card is being mailed to me. Asking politely for my ID should be standard customer service - asking "I need your ID" with an attitude is not very customer friendly The worst banking experience. Never going to this branch again."

Manager on duty, Eve, was not with another customer and was the only person available to provide a Medallion Stamp (special notary service). She was unwilling to take 10 minutes to help a customer. She flatly refused, without reasonable explanation or apology, to emerge and assist (as conveyed by her colleague)."
