"I needed a document notarized they wouldn't do it without an appointment, at least a day in advance. And I am a long term customer. I also asked why Chase was giving only 0.01% interest and other banks over 3%. I was told "They are not J.P. Morgan they are a smaller bank who need your business" I guess J.P. Morgan don't need our business. Even in small banks our money is safe, they too are FDIC insured, and they care about their customers. The local branches can act like this because the Chase Executive Offices ignore your complaint."
