They took me an hour prior to my appointment because there was no one else waiting, and there's even a Panera next door and Chipotle and Shake Shack across the parking lot. "International Driving Permit. This office has staff lacking proper training. First permit was filled out using a marker. MUST BE A BALL POINT PEN. That does not smear. Additionally birth city was spelled incorrectly. Double check all of their work."
