"The truck delivery drivers from the Oakland Gardens locations are THIEVES THIEVES THIEVES ! ! ! . I have video evidence that shows the driver never delivered a package yet he marked it delivered. I went to the post office yesterday to find out what happened to the package. They said don't worry the driver delivered to the wrong address and will deliver it. NEVER DID. I go to the post office today , AGAIN and they tell me they don't know where it is. Magically disappearing packages that went right into the drivers personal vehicle."
"Worst service ever, the black lady here on Saturday has a big attitude problem. Long wait time and she forced me to buy their expensive shipping envelope even though I’m already using a USPS envelope. Ridiculous. Will never come again."
"Mail never delivered as directed! I posted signs and instructions on my door that never get read! Maybe they are told not to read anything. I'm asking for my packages to be left in a specific spot as not to get stolen. The delivery man ignores my signs posted on front door and leaves my packages out in the open or in the rain on my tenants door step! Why!? Why is it that a person does not care enough to read the signs I posted. I need this to be fixed! I see him on my ring doorbell never follow instructions. Just ridiculous!!"
"Avoid at all costs. Seriously. I can't say for sure on all the scales, but the scale used for my package was way off. Probably shows a weight increase of +20%. I am absolutely certain my packages weighed in at 5.6lbs, and another at 1.8 lbs. I have 2 professional bakers in the family, I ship often from home, needless to say, there are several accurate scales in the house; I'm talking accurate to the milligram kind of professional scales. So, if you're shipping with this location, you're pretty much giving extra money to USPS. I went to drop off my two packages, already prepaid. the lady scanned the first package. 8lbs, 3oz!!!. the next package 2lbs, 7oz. Obviously, she didn't accept my prepaid packages. I went home baffled and confused. Took out 4 different scales. weighed both packages on each. 5.6lbs, 1.8lbs. Wasn't gonna bother trying to argue with them. I went to a different location where my packages were weighed accurately."
"Avoid this place during Saturday's. Workers do not care about their jobs and have such attitude providing customer service. Asked a worker for priority shipping tape since I'm using priority service level packaging provided by USPS. Any other USPS location will give the customer their priority tape roll to use. This location will not give you the priority tape stating the workers need the priority tape and advise you to buy an entire roll of regular tape instead. What are USPS workers using priority tape in the backrooms for? They are for customers shipping priority. Not going to buy an entire roll of regular tape just to tape the edges of a priority envelope. The workers at the windows have a huge attitude problem. If you don't like working there, don't work there. Customer service isn't for you. Been shipping things for almost 20 years now and only went to this location due to my local USPS closing early."
