"Unlike the many negative posts here, I was pleasantly surprised by how efficiently the place was running. The office space has been remodeled and the waiting area was clean, spacious and nicely air-conditioned in the sweltering weather. When you walk into the office, you use the kiosk to state your reason for the visit and get a number issued for your turn. Both security officers and the SSA agent were friendly, effective and polite in my experience. We were in and out of the office within an hour on a weekday. Some visitors, on the other hand, were speaking very loudly and made phone calls in the waiting area where they aren't allowed. Good manners go a long way."

"Horrible customer service I have ever received today. I was assigned to Room 10, and the agent sitting there today was extremely rude, disrespectful and impatient. To agent, if you don't understand what "zip code" means, please ask nicely. You are there to serve people, don't treat people like that."

"By far the worst customer service I have ever received. The representative I spoke with was completely nasty and raising her voice when I had simple questions or needed something clarified. This office doesn't just need temporary closing it needs to be permanently shut down, and whichever representative handled my call needs to be fired immediately. Never have received so much disrespect from a center, wow."
