"My parents and I have been going to this USPS location for decades. They have excellent customer service. The Chinese man and Chinese woman go above and beyond to help each time. They are friendly and patient."
"I went to this USPS almost every week. Always have great experience. Today there’s woman working here, maybe from Indian or somewhere, being so rude. Very unprofessional. I used a return label and drop off a package, and she blamed my box is big. I said this is the label they provided. She then shouted : you need to have measurements on the label. I said, I’m not sure what I can do here as i used the return label that was provided to me. Can I pay extra? She then go like “I don’t want to talk to you! I just told you! ” I mean, If she told me what I can do, im happy to. With this attitude, without any solution, customer may get very confused and upset. At the end, she scanned my packaged and had it drop off without any additional requirements. The question is, if it can go through, why she complained so many thing at beginning. If there’s something wrong, why she cannot provide a solution? Instead just shouting at her customer. I think next time I will avoid this location:("
"The best people work at post office ever in my 10 years post office experience. Thank you ,Phil, he explained to good and nice ,very patient and kind. Not like another guys or laddies work at post office. Every time I hate to go post office because they all rude and mean .today I am Lucky,he is nice ."
"I normally dread going to the post office (I mean just look at the reviews for any of them) but I came by here about an hour before closing near the holiday season and was nervous about it being packed. Luckily there was only a handful of people on line and it moved relatively quickly, the worker who helped me (white guy) was really friendly and helpful and totally lifted my spirits tbh. That was the first time I’ve gone to this post office but hopefully every other experience will be just as pleasant as this one."
