Reviews
"Worst airline. Do not use."
"No one helps you with the information on the computer, there is a 525 code that you have to put in first before you put the order number, which is very confusing. I find it very stupid that we have do all of that just so the person on the other side of the glass could have done it"
"Absolutely disappointed with American Airlines at LGA. Booked my flight directly over the phone with them and was assured by the representative that my family of 6 would sit together. They even added a note to our booking. However, the staff at the airport were unhelpful and we ended up scattered around the plane, children included. I noticed we weren't the only ones with this issue. I will never use American Airlines again"
"why do they take too long to do one simple job? Why is it when you go to delta they have better customer service and you get business done within 5 minutes. There is nothing different that they're doing at delta from what southwest or American needs to be done. I don't see why there is a 1 hour wait to drop off one piece or pick up one piece. The sign in system does not even work because there is people who have priority and they skip the line. People are not even at the location and they have employees process their paperwork. Something needs to be done here and there needs to be someone to overlook what is going on. However, some employees actually do their work and help out to the best that they can."
