"Good bank, but I hate that every 2-3 months I gotta reset my online banking password. And to make it worse, u have to call and talk to someone. Which would be fine except if u lock urself out after hours, u gotta wait till u can talk to someone on the phone to unlock it. Why can't their system be automated liked every other bank so I can reset it and be on my way, instead of locking myself out for several hours. They need to update and fix this problem, or I'm moving to another bank where I don't have this issue. It's an extreme inconvience, plus if u got to know at that exact moment whether u got enough money or not, this doesn't help u."
