"Worst bank ever don't open till 9 closed on sat and Sunday block my card Everytime I try to use it charge overdraft fees when I have it deactivated on my card but somehow it still lets me make a purchase and charges me 35 bucks do not go to this bank I will be pulling all my money out as of today and closing my bank account down with them they do not know how to run a bank at all"

"The inside potion of the bank and its employees are nice and friendly but the outside ATM is outdated and run down. At least twice a week it is broken with either network errors or card read errors. There has also been an occurrence where the ATM failed to despense cash but deducted it from the account; resulting in late bill payments and lost hours at work due to having to go inside and work with a manager."

"On Saturday 9/12/20 I checked my account (after hours) and saw that a check was debited from my community bank account. It was written to village of silver creek by a person I do not know. The check debited from my account was from an M&T account, NOT even a community bank account. On Monday 9/14/20 I called the bank and the teller said, oh yes, that's not right. She told me that it would be researched and taken care of. I asked her to call me when it was taken care of. On Tuesday 9/15 I saw the check still in my transactions (which it has nothing to do with me or my account) and there was a "miscellaneous deposit" into my account for the amount of the check. I called the bank again, and was told that the teller forgot to call me. I asked for the erroneous check transaction to be removed from my account and I was told that it cannot be removed. I told her that it was either the village of silver creek mistake or the banks mistake, and it did not belong in my account, and it seemed shady to leave it there and give me a "miscellaneous deposit" to cover their mistake. I asked to speak to the manager but she was at lunch. I asked for her to call me when she got in, and I didn't receive a call back. I have been a customer of this bank for 12 years, and now I am having serious trust issues."
