It's like in big community center meet up of local and national poets, singers, writers, healers, dancers, and overall attractive people. The prices of oils, incense, teas, supplements, crystals, books, clothing, etc. and services like yoga, massage, Martial arts, are reasonable and WORTH (more) every dollar you spend.
