"DO NOT Store here. I politely informed them 3 times about the light in front of my unit. When it still didn’t work after the supposed work order went in, I told them I’m getting my stuff out of here and she said with her usual nasty attitude, “ Go ahead, it will be rented tomorrow “. When I asked for the owners name I was told to Google it. I guess they’re usual operating procedure is to fix nothing, because they have a waiting list, instead of being loyal to a long time customer. Disgusting! Update: Although the owners reply is concise, his words aren’t backed up by action, because no one contacted me and the light still doesn’t work 2 weeks later. I guess I’ll have to move all my crap again."

"Storage space is the same elsewhere. My items were safe. It’s advertised that the storage is climate-control. It was climate control but hot temperatures in the back where my storage was. The hallways and the ground floor near the office were nice and cool. I called on Aug. 1 or 2 and I spoke with Tracey who was helpful in explaining on how to close my account and I wouldn’t have to physically come in the next day and just to call. Her customer service was spot on. I called the next day…granted a few minutes before closing but I was in meetings all day so I tried calling as soon as I left work. The person was rude and kept repeating herself that the hours are 9 to 6 and the hours are posted in the front. I understand her wanting to leave but then she shouldn’t have answered the phone. She then told me I need to be at the office to close my account before the 3rd (which I was told I didn’t have to and I would get a bill in my email) and pay the $35 for not notifying in advance but we were not in the area. She was agitated (I guess). I gave her the credit card info on the phone. The transaction went through and said I would receive an email. I still didn’t receive the email and as I was waiting on the phone to confirm receipt, she disconnected the call! I finally received the confirmation but appalled with her rudeness, unprofessionalism and lack of customer service. I rarely give negative feedback but that one person’s attitude is not a fit for “Prime” Storage or at least needs to be re-trained in her customer service skills."
