"If I could give no stars I would, the employees in the grand central location are very rude, disrespectful and impatient. I asked one of the employees a question about a X-men comic reading order and he very impatient and stressed like he didn’t wanna help me,, so I left and went to the Times Square location and they were very friendly, respectful, professional and patient and help me with what I needed. Grand central is awful I wouldn’t recommend going there they are very unprofessional, unwelcoming, rude, disrespectful and impatient. these employees in grand central need too learn people skills or they need to be fired because they suck at their job."

"I went in looking for a particular book. They had it, but it was out of my price range, in response, they helped me figure out how to get it another way, and I ended up buying a Halo comic book. They were joking around and had a incredibly friendly and welcoming environment the entire time. A fantastic store, great for anyone who enjoys comics, and great for anyone who would like to. Image is what I bought. 5 stars, great service!"

"Great selection and decent prices. The staff was welcoming and assisting if you needed any help. I personally didn’t need any assistance, but I did notice how knowledgeable some staff members were with comic book writers and specific comic runs at least from what I overheard as the place is small. However, I didn’t have any issue roaming around. This place is very organized and clean."

"Great store for all your nerdy needs! They have a wonderful selection of manga and I was very pleased to find a Rengoku figurine for my daughter who loves Demon Slayer at the moment! The prices are a little high but that has been my experience in New York generally."
