"I consistently mail my letters at this station however in the last month 3 pieces were not delivered. I went back to the post office to inquire why my mail was not delivered and was informed quite rudely that there is nothing that can be done because mail get loss or destroyed at their sorting station."

"I have been here multiple times to mail my work related items, and the workers usually seem pretty nice to customers, and very helpful. Not sure who upset them today, but i go to mail a few packages, and the lady behind the glass says, HOW MANY PACKAGES YOU GOT? I KEEP TELLING YALL YOU CANNOT MAIL OVER 10 PACKAGES!...Although i only have 3 at the moment. At this time i am completely confused why the hostility... The prior week, the same post office, and the same lady allowed me to ship well over 20 packages at once, without warning me that it was not allowed or that i could only send 10. Before leaving, i ask the lady when did they start only allowing 10 packages, and she replies, IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN THAT WAY! IF WE ONLY HAVE 1 PERSON AT THE WINDOW WE CANT DO MORE THAN 10... But i look around and i see 2 other workers in widows... so why the hostility? And not to mention, the day she sent the over 20 packages for me, she was the only person working at that time... Not sure why i caught so much flack today, but the lines are usually long, and customer service shady. Avoid this post office if you can. Even if you have to drive a few extra minutes."

"I have visited this post office several times over a three year period and I have to say that the customer service is the worst that I have EVER encountered in all of my years of experiencing customer service. The attendants are very leisurely in handing the customers needs and I have had the displeasure of being in line with seven other customers to have one of two attendants decide to "take a short break" and prolong the wait for the already disgruntled customers. This location needs to have the employees take a course on professionalism and courtesy."
