"One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Secured a unit online for my motorcycle. When I got there they had me in an inside upstairs unit. They switched it to an outside lower unit which was more money. Then they raised monthly rent. Then I noticed they were charging me for insurance, brought in documentation but would not refund prior months charges. The only reason they're getting 1 star is because you have to pick one and that's the lowest. Will never use this company again!!!!!"
"I had the same experience with this company. I rented a storage unit and was assured the price would hold for 6 months. It didn’t. When I tried to get out there were so many obstacles. Could wait to get out. Had to pay mover again. Also got a bill from their insurance company even though I had insurance and didn’t need it. Place is a rip off. Once you are in they become monstrous."
"The people at the desk are nice. But they lie. Get you to sign a contract and then you spend money moving your stuff In. When you are assured that there will be no gouging price increases for at least 6 months …. It is a lie. They got you!! When you vacate. ….. they always say you didn’t give advance notice. I cannot understand why this company operates like this. Never give them your credit card or you will be screwed. Greedy bad people. Liars and they count on misinformation Next door is a newer storage place and they are not as desperate. Go there. Go anywhere but Prime. Do not give them good reviews when you sign up. They will be nice to you that day and then stab you in the back in a few months. And let’s not forget getting harassed by their insurance company !! Weird pathetic place Check other reviews. Gouging. Greedy. Liars. Stay away from this place. Raising prices They threaten you will credit reports. They are somehow above the law. Something should be done about this company but who has time to deal with this."
