"Beautiful long beach but pretty crowded on a week day in August"
"Beautiful beach, great lifeguards and staff. Property taxes should be able to fund rebuild of Beach Hut pavilion after fire destroyed the great old one years ago. Right now, it looks so janky. It's just temporary looking, open shipping containers and bathroom trailers to replace the replace the original wood pavilion that provided lots of shade for the snack bar and music area. Also new, people leaving all trash and things behind on the beach to be washed away in high tide."
"One of the best beaches on Long Island"
"Beautiful beach. Nice drive in. Get there before 8am to avoid paying for parking! ⚠️Beware of strong waves⚠️ Have fun!!"
"This park is the best when it comes to off-roading and harbor seal watching. You can do seal watching for absolutely free and most environmentally friendly ways by not disturbing them. You do not have to walk miles on the beach to see Harbor Seals putting up a show. Rather, you walk only less than half a mile, and you will see Harbor seals. These seals may be well aware of people around them, and they come in good number close to shore. You need a binocular to see them. I have captured a few videos with my cell phone to give an idea how close they are to the shore. As far as off-roading is concerned, this is paradise if you have 4 × 4 with the permit. Burma road is long, and it ends at Moriches inlet. Beach was clean and well kept. Please keep it that way. Driving to this park, the speed limit in West Hampton Dunes is 25 MPH. Keep it that way, or else you will get ticketed."
